Add search filter by the tech skills, eg Java php

Before interviewing the company, I'm always quite nervous as I do not know what the interviewers will be doing in the session, and their processes. Questions like... "How many rounds?" "Are the interviewers friendly and respectful?" "What kind of interview questions did they go for?" "Leet Code questions?" "System design questions?" etc. You could also add a upvote & downvote method / reply feature so that other people could discuss & confirm their experiences as well.

I propose to add a function where you can mass apply to all job posting based on criteria that I stated. Simple steps : Upload Resume and other required information Set my criteria/filters Click Mass Apply and it will automatically apply to job posting based on that criteria Thanks.

Recommending matching scoring, like how likely the talent matches the recruiter in terms of skills, qualifications, experiences, projects etc
